PLANS POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In most cases, the "CUSTOMER" is the person or entity that has purchased this design plan.

The "DESIGNER" is the person or entity that had created the design plan.

The "DESIGN PLAN" includes the drawings, notes, recommendations and other items provided by the DESIGNER to the CUSTOMER regarding the house in the DESIGN PLAN.

By purchasing the DESIGN PLAN and constucting the house in the DESIGN PLAN, the CUSTOMER agrees to the below terms and conditions.
DESIGN PLAN REVIEW:
The DESIGN PLAN is NOT a comprehensive blueprint. The DESIGN PLAN is only intended to provide a general aesthetic design and layout of the house. The DESIGN PLAN provides information that is relevant to the general design, but expressly does not include all the information necessary for construction. The CUSTOMER shall have the DESIGN PLAN reviewed by all applicable parties (engineers, contractors, etc.) who shall be responsible to add the information necessary to complete the DESIGN PLAN so that the house can be built. They are also responsible for ensuring that the house is constructed in compliance with all applicable local laws and customs, building codes, and is suited to the environmental conditions in the location where the house is to be built.
DISCLAIMER:
BY USING THE DESIGN PLAN TO CONSTRUCT A HOUSE, THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE DESIGNER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOUSE. In the event that the DESIGNER shall be liable for any costs or damages to the CUSTOMER, such liabilities shall be limited to the amount the CUSTOMER paid for the DESIGN PLAN. CUSTOMER and its contractors, engineers, and agents are exclusively responsible for ensuring the house and its construction comply with all laws, rules, codes and regulations, as well as best practices in the location where the house is built.

LICENSES:
The DESIGNER hereby grants the CUSTOMER a license to use the DESIGN PLAN to build one house. The license is not transferrable or assignable by the CUSTOMER to third parties.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
The DESIGNER may recommend that the CUSTOMER and its contrators, engineers and agents, construct the house in accordance with recommendations made on the DESIGN PLAN. In doing so, the CUSTOMER agrees to have such recommendations reviewed by applicable contractors and engineers to ensure the recommendations comply with local laws, rules, and regulatons, and are applicable to the environmental conditions and best practices of the location where the house is being built.
