PRE-MADE PLANS

All purchases of plans are FINAL, with no refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that you have chosen the plan that best suits your needs prior to making a purchase. If you have any questions prior to the purchase of a plan, we recommend that you email us at info@studiojlr.com.

CUSTOM PLANS

Once you have entered a contract with Studio JLR for the design of a custom house plan, you agree to pay for any work done on your project. There will be no refund or exchange once a project has been completed.

You reserve the right to end your contract with Studio JLR prior to the completion of the design process. In such a case, you will be charged based upon the work done up to that point. Prices are based upon the current stage of the project as shown below.

STEP 3: Project Massing

• 10% of total project cost + 25% deposit (35% total)

STEP 4: Fine Tuning And Additions

• 35% of total project cost + 25% deposit (60% total)​

STEP 5: Fine Detail Elements

• 55% of total project cost + 25% deposit (80% total)

​

STEP 6: Final Plan Set

• 75% of total project cost + 25% deposit (100% total, i.e. full charge)
