RETURN POLICY

 

Want your virtually staged images revised? Send us a reply to your ORDER RECEPTION within 30 days and we will gladly revise your photo order. NOTE: Due to service limitations, revisions are restricted to “whole room formatting,” which primarily involves style and overall furniture placement. This DOES NOT include the reworking of individual elements within a particular image.

 

Submitted images that DO NOT fulfill the submission requirements for each tier will be rejected and returned, along with a refund equivalent to the rejected photo’s cost. An associated tier recommendation will also be attached, and users are highly encouraged to re-submit their photos using the appropriate service tier.

 

If you desire a refund, you can request one by sending us a reply to your virtual staging order email. For a refund request to be valid IT MUST be made within 7 days of your order completion. Refund requests WILL NOT BE VALID if any of the following apply.

 

  • The request came after the 7 day deadline

  • The virtually staged images were published on (the MLS, social media, printed marketing materials, etc.)

 

If any of the above applies, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
